Creative Guidance

Deadlines

Deadlines

Artwork Guidance

All Review Advertisement creative should be supplied in final approved form. Artwork should:

  • Be supplied at the correct dimensions
  • Use high resolution imagery
  • Be suitable for digital publication
  • Avoid small text or dense layouts
  • Keep essential text and logos clear of the artwork edges
Copy and Claims Guidance

Advertiser copy should be clear, accurate and relevant to a senior sports industry audience, avoiding unsupported claims, overly promotional language, misleading urgency and claims that cannot be substantiated.

Rights and permissions

The advertiser is responsible for ensuring it has the right to use all supplied copy, logos, imagery, names, claims and other creative assets.

Deadlines

Final artwork, links and any required alt text must be supplied by 30 October 2026. Late supply may result in the placement being moved to a later edition or excluded from the Review if production deadlines cannot be met.

Review and Approval for All Advertisement in The STA Group Properties

The STA Group reserves the right to request changes where creative does not meet technical, editorial, legal or brand requirements.
